This handmade Kilim is flat woven using a tapestry weave technique. It is made exclusively for Nomade Kilim with much care and attention to detail. Our new Kilims are inspired by ancient Mazandaran Kilims woven in northern Iran, which were virtually unknown to the rug trade until recently and are prized for their unique primitive designs and beautifully minimalist color combinations.
