Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of rugs and kilims offered by Nomade Kilim.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered are hand-woven rugs and kilims. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. Nomade Kilim reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the shop.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within two business days after payment validation. Delivery is free.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Nomade Kilim offers a ten-day trial period. The product can be returned for a full refund, provided it is returned in perfect condition.
Article 8 – Refund
The refund is made within a maximum of fourteen days after receipt of the returned product.
Article 9 – Liability
Nomade Kilim cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may occur during the use of the site or the products sold.
Article 10 – Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
