This handmade kilim rug is flat-woven using a tapestry weave technique. It is made exclusively for Nomade Kilim from natural dyes and hand-spun wool. These kilims have a slightly primitive texture and a rich abrash that makes them resemble the antique kilims prized by collectors. We search everywhere for patterns that inspire us from an eclectic range of sources, including classic tribal flat weaves, textiles from around the world, and modern abstractions. These kilims are among the best woven today.
