This handmade kilim rug is flat-woven using a tapestry weaving technique. It is made exclusively for Nomade Kilim from natural dyes and hand-spun wool. These kilims have a slightly primitive texture and a rich abrash that makes them resemble the antique kilims prized by collectors. We search far and wide for patterns that inspire us from an eclectic array of sources, including classic tribal flat weaves, textiles from around the world, and modern abstractions. These kilims are among the finest woven today.
