This hand-knotted rug is made from natural dyes and hand-spun wool and finely hand-knotted in the traditional style of remarkable Oriental rugs. This rug features a magnificent modern design with rich colours, specially designed for the Nomade Kilim team. The weaving is done in northern Afghanistan, home to the Turkmen people, where the art of weaving is passed down from mother to daughter with respect, and the weaving of these rugs takes place in individual family homes. Entirely handmade!
